Corporate Social Responsibility

As a professional service enterprise deeply rooted in Taiwan, we have always remained true to our founding principles of "Integrity in Management and Practice of Responsibility," striving to maximize our social impact within limited resources. We believe that corporate profit is not just a financial outcome, but a stewardship of resources—true fulfillment comes from utilizing capital and capabilities in the right places, becoming a force that drives a virtuous cycle in society.

We continuously implement CSR and ESG concepts within our organization and cordially invite our supply chain partners to join us in promoting sustainable values, creating a more conscientious and resilient supply chain ecosystem. We firmly believe that every business decision should carry a responsibility toward society and the environment.

Corporate Commitment × Social Engagement × Local Connection

Dexterity Logistics Group is dedicated to empowering cities and prospering with the planet. We have long supported the "virtuous cycle" through practical actions, sponsoring over 10 non-profit organizations and charitable groups to date. Our support spans diverse fields, including care for the underprivileged, animal protection, educational assistance, services for the disabled, and community development.

At the same time, we actively create re-employment opportunities, particularly assisting women in returning to the workforce after marriage. Through collaboration with partners, we promote job referrals and matchmaking to achieve the sustainable development of human resources. Te-Hsing firmly believes that corporate achievements should be given back to society; every sponsorship is an investment in social value and a commitment to the future.

By providing stable support to outstanding charitable groups locally and across Taiwan, we aim to expand our influence beyond logistics and realize our vision of mutual prosperity between the enterprise and society.

Environmental Sustainability | Aligning

with International Standards ESG and Net-Zero Emissions: The Key to Corporate and Supply Chain Transformation

Global emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) continues to rise. "Net-Zero Emissions" is no longer just an environmental slogan but a practical challenge facing industrial chains. The Executive Yuan has set a clear target for Net-Zero Emissions by 2050, and since 2023, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) has required listed companies with a capital of NT$2 billion or more to prepare and file ESG sustainability reports, highlighting transparency and responsibility in corporate governance.

ESG has become the core driver for enterprises to enhance brand value, optimize operational strategies, and promote innovative transformation. Te-Hsing's management team has proactively pursued advanced studies, obtaining the "International Certification for ESG Supply Chain Sustainability Professionals" to promote the goal of a sustainable supply chain centered on Eco Logistics.

Through the transformation of knowledge and practical application, we comprehensively enhance our ESG sustainability competitiveness—aligning with international standards and staying in sync with the future.

Environmental Sustainability Practices

Photocopy paper

We use YES Silver Multi-purpose Paper, a Finnish brand from the globally leading eco-friendly paper mill, UPM. This product carries the FSC™ (Forest Stewardship Council) certification for legal and sustainable forest management. The paper is produced using Elemental Chlorine-Free (ECF) bleaching technology to minimize environmental impact and has received a "GOOD" rating from the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). We support sustainable forest resource management and are committed to protecting ancient forests and tropical rainforests while preventing deforestation.

Toner Cartridges

Used empty toner cartridges are donated to the Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation to support individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. Through a partnership between Syin-Lu and Cybertek, these cartridges are legally recycled and remanufactured. Cybertek predominantly employs women seeking to re-enter the workforce, fostering a virtuous cycle that benefits both the individuals and society. This procurement practice supports early intervention, day care, vocational training, and community home services.

Recycling of Marine Waste

We carefully select recycled marine fiber, re-manufactured from oyster shells, to create ESG functional fabrics for our work uniforms. These fabrics offer anti-static, moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating, and antibacterial/odor-resistant properties. Combined with advanced functional technology, they enhance both wearing comfort and durability. This series of work uniforms demonstrates our commitment to environmental sustainability and the implementation of ESG concepts and green corporate transformation. It highlights Te-Hsing's forward-looking strategic layout and sense of responsibility toward industrial sustainable development.
